Knowing that Anthony was a paramedic for 4 years gave me absolute confidence that the information he was teaching was tried, tested and true. I now have a solid base of Red Cross support as well as a network of fellow Instructors to work with and learn from, and I would highly recommend Heart2Heart for anyone. I've completed my Standard certification under Abbas at this location, a refresher with Maggie and the Instructor course with Stephanie and I was always impressed with the level of knowledge, experience and professionalism they each brought to their classrooms, while still being able to keep the courses fun and enjoyable with icebreakers, learner focused activities and strong class engagement.
They helped me build and polish my skill set and I now also feel confident in being able to deliver First Aid knowledge to my own students and trainees in turn. Heart2Heart provides a safe environment in which to learn the skills you need, as well as excellent instructors and trainers with a variety of backgrounds and teaching styles. I came here to train and recertify as a Standard First Aider and later as an Instructor, and I have a had a great experience every time. In short, I would definitely recommend learning such life-saving skills in Heart 2 Heart amazing ambiance. We were all told that the certificate would be ready in a week or two, yet out of surprise I got that in my email just in less that 24hours. The admission at the very beginning of the course by Arash and Abbas was acceptable and the syllabus was fully covered in a timely manner Ħ. Arash made sure that EVERY SINGLE attendee learned the soft and hard skills regarding CPR and choking emergency responding and would exercise skills above one by one ĥ. The room designed and allocated to our course was decent-sized and clean Ĥ. No need to mention not only was he really educated but also could transfer the crucial CPR knowledge to the students including me ģ. Arash appeared to be exceptionally humble, informative and helping. The sanitization protocols were strictly practices due to COVID-19 Ģ.
